Olivia was honored to carry the Olympic torch on part of its journey on the eve of the Olympic Games. Tenor singer Andrea Bocelli handed Olivia the torch and she ran through the streets of Sydney to hand it onto tennis star Pat Rafter. The torch was then placed in Sydney Town Hall over night ready for the Opening Ceremonies the following day.
