Early Show featured a nice segment with Olivia including an interview and performing two songs live outside in the plaza. Singing live early in the morning and in the cold (as evident by Olivia's coat and scarf!) is no mean feat. The host, Harry Smith, used the cold as an excuse to hug Olivia; not that we blame him and Olivia didn't seem to mind.
