This family film tells the story of a single mother living a small town life in Georgia, that is until her daughter's hopes of becoming a famous musician turn into more than just a dream.

Olivia Newton-John's film credits include Grease, Xanadu, Two Of A Kind. She recently starred in the feature film Sordid Lives and made a guest appearance with her daughter Chloe on the television series "Bette". Newton-John has four Grammy Awards, five number one songs, a Star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame and continues to perform live in concert to fans around the world.
Chloe Rose most recently made a guest appearance with her mother on the television series "Bette" The Wilde Girls is her feature length film debut.

The film was written and directed by Del Shores (Sordid Lives). Shores and Newton-John are executive producers with Merrill Karpf serving as producer.

The Wilde Girls was filmed on location in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia in 2001.
