The Christmas holidays are almost here, and for that reason, Olivia Newton-John presents a CD that includes classic songs and new ones, most of them composed by the actress and singer, in very sweet versions.
The Grease star brings her best voice tone, most similar to Celine Dion’s, including orchestrations that use and abuse (?) the piano in songs like O Come All Ye Faithful and Silent Night, O Noche de paz (half of which is performed in Spanish).
Also noteworthy are her duets with Jon Secada on Every Time It Snows, where she sings in English and he, occasionally, in Spanish, and none other than Barry Manilow on A Gift of Love.
In case you have insomnia problems, Christmas Wish will surely help you fall asleep and dream about the little angels.
