The other election (Eurovision)
LIKE quite a lot of other people, singer Olivia Newton-John was busy counting votes yesterday.
Not for the General Election, of course, but for that other important cliffhanger the European Song Contest.
The voting will decide which of sit songs 25-year-old Olivia will sing as Britain’s entry in the contest at Brighten on April 6.
The result that Olivia is waiting for anxiously will be announced on the BBC “Clunk Click” tomorrow night.
А BBC official said that voting seemed to be lighter than usual. Could be people had other things on their mind.
