“XANADU”, which comes subtitled as a musical fantasy, is a beautiful fable that stars none other than the veteran GENE KELLY, the unforgettable actor and dancer of so many Hollywood hits, and the winner of “Grease”, OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN, who here plays the muse of Greek mythology and is the daughter of the god Jupiter and, from Olympus, her usual residence, moves to our world to help us, sing to us and enchant us. Also in the cast is Michael Beck, who starred in “The Warriors”, that violent film that told the story of the struggles of New York gangs… And the music is by that glorious ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA, Ahíes na!
As we were saying, “XANADU” is being a success, both in cinema and in recordings, everywhere it has been released, and here in Spain both, the premiere of the film and the release of the album that includes the soundtrack, will take place in September.
