Back in 1998, though, it was a way to see new photos of Olivia, which were scarce at the time.

My top three priorities in life are my daughter Chloe, my family and friends, and my health.

A lot of people ask me how I manage to look so young at the age of 49 and 11 months. I think I’m kind of lucky genetically. My 84-year-old mum still looks absolutely fantastic.

But it’s not only good genes. I have always eaten well and exercised regularly. Also, I don’t drink, don’t smoke and I’m pretty happy inside.

To maintain inner and outer happiness, I believe it’s essential to eat well, exercise and take time out for yourself.

I love good foods, especially vegetables, all kinds of fruit, brown rice and soy products.

After my public battle with breast cancer, I became more involved with alternative health treatments which I believe helped support my immune system when I was having chemotherapy.

Every morning I take a liquid trace-mineral supplement and vitamins. But if I forget to take them one morning, it’s not a big deal.

I try not to get too obsessive about my diet and if I feel like some chocolate or some Ice-cream, have it… and enjoy it.

Otherwise, my life would Just be far too boring.

OLIVIA'S beauty secrets

I wash my face morming and night with a mild soapless cleansing bar, I use a warm cloth then splash on cold water, a natural toner, to wake up the skin. Gently pat dry. Don’t rub!

Morning and night, I moisturise and apply an eyecream. During the day, I always wear sunblock.

I try to keep my make-up to a minimum and make it look natural. I think the older you get, the less you should wear.

I always carry lipstick and lip pencil. I also wear mascara and blush, and for a dramatic evening look, I apply more eye make-up.

Five ways to stay healthy

By following these simple guidelines you too can stay happy and healthy. I have never smoked and am particularly conscious about doing everything I can to ensure my 12-year-old daughter Chloe is fit and healthy-and that’s why we both live by these golden rules.

By immunising your family against illness, you also help to prevent epidemics in the community.

Keep moving. Fitness is vital to good health. Even moderate exercise can make a big difference to how you tool.

Eat well. A well-balanced, low-fat diet of wholesome unprocessed foods will keep your energy levels up and prevent illnesses.

Control stress, Too much pressure can undermine your health.

Re-evaluate your life, practise yoga and get plenty of sleep.
