Looking great with Olivia
Different colours reflect our ever-changing moods and feelings. Red is one of my all-time favourites. Just putting on a red shirt or scarf can make my day. Try coordinating your shades to change your moods.
Wear red if your spirits need to be lifted. It’s such a bright, bold, vital shade that it will make you feel fabulous.
Wear black it you want to create an aura of power If your teenage children are cloaking themselves in black, don’t despair. They’re mourning the loss of childhood.
Lilac, which is de rigueur this summer, and purple are calming colours. But some of the darker shades may be a touch depressing.
Yellow helps stimulate the mind and boost concentration. it’s an ideal colour for an office or washroom.
Cool white has the bonus of making you feel not only relaxed but alert.
Green can be a great help in calming you down if you’re feeling stressed.
Go Natural
Achieving a natural, healthy look with make-up does get harder as you get older. I think it’s better to wear less rather than more. If you find your matt make-up is accentuating fine lines and wrinkles, try a creamy foundation to give a soft, dewy look.
