The dream team

We all dream about different things usually every night-but we can’t always recall them. I love being able to remember my dreams and I find it fascinating that, while I am slumbering on, part of my subconscious is quietly working away.

I definitely believe dream analysis can help make sense of problems we are experiencing in our daily lives. Evelyn M. Young demystifies the concept in her book, Dreams (Element, rrp $12.85). Being an animal lover, I particularly like the section on the significance of animals in dreams. Evelyn says they usually symbolise part of your personality which you do not fully understand. She suggests that after having a dream about a particular animal, take the time to think about what the animal symbolises for you. It could be speed or wisdom, cunning or savagery.
