The singer, in Grand Rapids for her concert at Van Andel Arena, toured the hospital to promote the Miracle Match Foundation’s teddy bear campaign by giving children a stuffed bear clad in a logo T-shirt and bandana. Proceeds from Thursday’s concert, the first since Newton-John’s bout with breast cancer, were to benefit the National Bone Marrow Donor Registry. For a concert review, see Page C5.
