Olivia's 1974 album, titled Music Makes My Day on Pyein the UK. It was called Let Me Be There in Australia (not the same as the US Let Me Be There). This was Olivia's last album on the Pye label in the UK, she moved to EMI with Long Live Love.

Olivia discovers country on this album, openingwith the John Denver classic "Take Me Home Country Roads" and "Let Me Be There" which were to endear her American listeners, Let Me Be There topping the US country charts for two weeks.

Another one I bought new old stock from HMV Oxford Street. Maybe Pye didn't like carrying back catalogue, even only six years back. Maybe Olivia's move to EMI put their nose out of joint, although the usual response of a label to a popular artist moving on is to release a compilation, which didn't happen in this case.

1974 Music Makes My Day LP front cover

Front cover - UHD version

1974 Music Makes My Day LP back cover

Bonus - Australian front cover of the same album, titled Let Me Be There (not to be confused with the US LMBT) UHD version

1974 Music Makes My Day LP back cover

Back cover - UHD version. There's not enough difference in the back cover between UK and Aus versions to be worth running both IMO.
