I am sure a few of these are Olivia playing up to the camera but most are natural mistakes.
The most shocking moment occurs just as Olivia says and I've got something to show you
Dick Cavett, HBO host, barges onto set baring his naked stomach. Olivia screams and then cracks up with laughter when she realises that it is Dick playing a prank on her.
