# URL strategy Only Olivia has been only partially up for three years, that's a long time in Internet world so I've perpetrated a lot of linkrot. particularly in the Memorabilia section. In restoring it, where possible I've tried to be true to the original structure. I defined much of the high-level architecture in 1994 and it has stood the test of time. For the visual, music and about sections Ive been able to do that, and so the links that have rotted will, unusually on the internet, unrot themselves :) I'd like to be true to the [spirit of Tim Berners-Lee](http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI.html "Cool URIs don't change") with the memorabilia. But I can't - because the information structure is a mess of ad-hoc bits and pieces - archive is different from current is different from text-based stuff where the original is so degraded as to be hard to read. There is no organising principle and everythign is allocated to the index files by hand. So I have compromised. The high-level index structure is the same as it used to be \memorabilia\mags and then 60s 70s 80s 90s 00s 10s but anything under that will have changed.
