Olivia Crystal Lady

This feature is about the 1976 release of the compilation Crystal Lady, a 32-track double album of some of Olivia’s early albums. For nearly 20 years this was the only way to get hold of these other than second-hand LPs, until the EMI UK release of most of these tracks on the 48 original tracks CD in 1994.

Olivia’s 1976 album Come On Over had been well received around this time, a single from the album, Olivia’s cover of the Dolly Parton song Jolene was a bit hit in Japan.
