I'm not quire sure what a good girl like Sandy is doing arriving in the bad guys' car. I guess Danny did win the pink slips for Hell's Chariot at Thunder Road by beating Craterface, so if Sandy wants to arrive in it 36 years later then she can if Danny gave her the OK.
