The film Toomorrow was a sci-fi movie and this album has a typical late Sixties psychedelic feel to it - the band consisted of Olivia and three guys. The early Olivia Newton-John is the voice of innocence and hope on the soundtrack album. The style is atypical of her later work, however, the band Toomorrow worked well together musically despite their total lack of commercial success.

Olivia sings Going Back solo, and she provides some great harmonies and backing on some of the other tracks - Happiness Valley, If You Can’t Be Hurt have a lot of Olivia in them.
