During the first show of her farewell season, Oprah surprised her studio
audience with the announcement that she would be taking them all to Australia.
John Travolta came out and was presented as their pilot for their Qantas
flight over.
On December 14, Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Russell Crowe,
and others were on hand at the Sydney Opera House for the taping, which
is set to air in Australia and the US in January of 2011. Oprah interviews
Olivia (obviously talking about the Grease pants - again!) and
she sings with both Hugh and the others.
(Hugh was slightly injured when his stunt of rappelling down the Opera
House went awry but nonetheless was onhand for the show!)
