Love Performance was only ever released on vinyl in Japan, I'm guessing after the barnstorming popularity of Physical. I came across it by chance in HMV Oxford Street, and this is my favourite live Olivia album. I'd love to have a CD of it - although some of the tracks featured as bonus tracks on the Japanese box set, they sound to me like they have been transcribed from the album, rather than taken from the tapes. It was recorded on Olivia's 1976 Japan tour, though some of the photos look like they are from her Totally Hot tour in 1978, which Olivia also took to Japan.
I have listed this here because it is a great album, but it wasn't released in the US or the UK.
